Please note:
(1) The prices listed above are for one year leases. Short term leases are available for a slightly increased monthly rental amount.
-- For entire houses, please add $50/month for each month under 12. For example, if a house is $3000/month for a one year lease, it will be $3050/month for an 11 month lease, $3100/month for a 10 month lease, $3150/month for a 9 month lease, etc.
-- For individual rooms, please add $10/month for each month under 12. For example, if a room is $800/month for a one year lease, it will be $810/month for an 11 month lease, $820/month for a 10 month lease, $830/month for a 9 month lease, etc.
(2) Rental prices do not include utilities.
-- For entire houses, tenants will be responsible for setting up BGE (gas and electricity) service and internet service. Tenants must reimburse landlord for water bill.
-- For individual rooms, utilities will be split among all occupants. Tenants must reimburse landlord for their individual portions of the BGE (gas and electricity), water, and internet bills.
(3) A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required upon signing the lease.
