Communication with Landlords
Urgent or time sensitive matters: For emergency requests, or anything that requires immediate attention, please text or call Danielle at 202 253 9695. This includes anything having to do with water leaks, fire, smoke or carbon monoxide alarms, or anything else that needs to be addressed quickly. If you cannot reach Danielle, please call or text Brian at 202 441 2916.
Non-urgent matters: For non-emergency requests, please email [email protected]. It’s much easier for us to keep track of requests if they are in an email record. I check e-mail throughout the day, so you should receive a response within a few hours at most.
Nighttime hours: Please keep in mind that I leave my phone on with the text and phone volume turned up 24 hours a day in case of emergencies, so if you text me after 9:00 pm, it will most likely wake me. This is totally fine in the case of an emergency, and the reason I leave my phone turned on. However, for routine matters, please do not text during the night.
**If you are unsure whether something is an emergency, then it probably is an emergency, so err on the side of waking me.**
