Utilities

Joint Leases:  If you are in a house with a joint lease, you and your housemates are collectively responsible for setting up and paying for your own BGE and internet accounts.  The water bill will come to me and I will add it to your apartments.com account and payment must be made within 5 days.

Individual Leases:  If you are in a house with individual leases, the utility bills will be in my name.  Once a month I will add the costs of utilities to your apartments.com accounts and payment must be made within 5 days.  I will also post the actual bills and breakdowns to a google drive folder.  Please email me for the google drive link to your house.

Please Note:  You must log into your apartments.com account and pay your utilities each month.  There is no autopay option for utilities.  Even if your rent is set to autopay, utilities must be paid separately each month
